Hideout Festival
3 Jul - 7 Jul
Hideout Festival returns to Croatia’s Zrće Beach in July 2022 after two years off, promising to return even better than before as it celebrates its 11th edition at the famous party spot. Hideout will once again showcase its incredible dance lineup across some of Novalja’s most popular clubs, including Papaya, Kalypso, Aquarius and Noa.
Held from the 3 – 7 July 2022, Hideout Festival’s blistering five days will treat festival-goers to a non-stop lineup of house, techno, grime, garage and drum and bass.
In addition to its club parties, Hideout Festival’s programme also includes a number of boat parties on the lush Adriatic sea, as well as a now popular beach party.
And with Hideout marking its 11th edition in 2022, festival-goers can expect things to reach an even higher level as they celebrate a decade of parties on Zrće Beach, turning Hideout Festival 2022 into its best edition yet.
Hideout Festival 2021 was postponed to 2022 due to the coronavirus outbreak. Tickets remain valid for the new date. More info on the festival’s official website here

BY TAXI
If you take a taxi, the best idea is to take it to Zadar and search for a direct bus to Novalja from Zadar’s Main bus station. Please make sure the taxi is marked since there can be illegal taxi operators on the island. Also, make sure you agree on the fare with the driver before you embark on any journey since they tend to make up prices after the ride (no taximeter or turning it off).
BY PLANE
Zadar Airport is the closest airport to Novalja and it’s around 85 km away. Ryanair flies to Zadar airport directly from London Stansted. It is also possible to travel by Croatia Airlines.
Split Airport to Novalja is approximately 3 hours away.
The access to Novalja from the north of Croatia, including Pula Airport and Rijeka Airport, is fairly easy due to the ferry connection, which operates throughout the summer on the line Continent (Prizna) – Island of Pag (Žigljen). The ferry operates around the clock, being run 13 times daily in both directions (times: 05:30 to 22:30).
