Neighbourhood Weekender Festival 2026 returns to Victoria Park, Warrington, on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May 2026, kicking off the UK’s summer festival season with two days of indie anthems, singalong classics, and sun-drenched good vibes. Since its debut in 2018, Neighbourhood Weekender has become the North West’s essential early-summer weekender — part homecoming gig, part massive garden party — bringing together the best of British guitar music and the next wave of festival favourites.

Set just a short hop between Liverpool and Manchester, the festival’s atmosphere is famously friendly and electric, with crowds spilling from stage to stage under bunting and blue skies. Expect lush parkland, fairground rides, craft bars, street food stalls, and a soundtrack that feels like every indie fan’s playlist come to life.

The 2026 line-up is yet to be announced, but the festival’s track record is stellar. The 2025 edition featured headliners The Stone Roses’ Ian Brown, The Kooks, and Courteeners, joined by a stacked supporting bill including The Reytons, Declan McKenna, DMA’S, Blossoms, Jamie Webster, Tom Grennan, Everything Everything, Pale Waves, and Red Rum Club. Previous years have hosted indie heavyweights such as Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Kasabian, Sam Fender, The Wombats, The 1975, and George Ezra, cementing Neighbourhood Weekender’s reputation as the go-to stage for the UK’s most beloved bands and breakout stars.

The setup is compact and easy to navigate — two main stages side by side so you never miss a headliner — and the vibe stays vibrant from the first pint to the last chorus. Accommodation is plentiful, with Warrington’s hotels, guesthouses and train links making travel a breeze. Direct services from Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester drop fans just minutes from the park, while nearby campsites and Airbnb options make weekend stays effortless.

With its mix of nostalgia, new discoveries, and northern charm, Neighbourhood Weekender 2026 promises another unforgettable start to festival season — where thousands gather to sing, dance, and celebrate the enduring spirit of British live music.
