Zurich Openair
23 Aug - 26 Aug
Zurich Openair is a Swiss multi-genre festival, which has steadily become one of the country’s most reliable music festivals for showcasing a diverse lineup spanning rock, indie, pop, electronic, and hip hop’s most globally admired stars.
Switzerland’s most populated city provides the setting for a smorgasbord of both contemporary icons and upstarts, seeing the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Calvin Harris, Billie Eilish, Mumford & Sons, Macklemore, Tame Impala, The xx, and Swedish House Mafia all headline in its most recent editions.
Zurich Openair’s timetable is carefully scheduled so no major artists clash across its three stages, giving 50,000 festival-goers the opportunity to consume music legends as well as the next big thing.
Along with the rich assortment of music on display, there’s also performance art, circus acts, and a variety of global cuisines to warrant your attentions. Though, with the sheer calibre of musicianship on show, it’s doubtful you’ll be away from the front of the stage for long.
