Rise Festival 2026 brings its exhilarating fusion of electronic music, mountain culture and snowsports back to Les Deux Alpes, France. Billed as the world’s largest independent ski and music festival, Rise transforms the celebrated Alpine resort into a high-altitude playground where snowy adventures meet unforgettable parties above the clouds.

Now entering its twelfth year, Rise has developed from an ambitious winter gathering into one of Europe’s leading destination festivals. Its winning formula combines six days of skiing, music and adventure with the friendly atmosphere of a shared mountain escape. Days begin with fresh tracks on the slopes, afternoons build through energetic après-ski sessions, and nights unfold across stages, clubs and intimate venues throughout the resort.

The confirmed 2026 line-up crosses house, techno, garage and drum and bass, with Sub Focus, Chris Stussy, Andy C, Silva Bumpa and Hannah Laing among the leading names. The programme also features East End Dubs, Oppidan, Jazzy, Sota, K Motionz, A Little Sound, Riordan and a diverse selection of emerging artists. Performances take place across three main stages, five indoor venues and a transformed warehouse afterparty space.

Each setting offers a distinctive experience. The Alpine Stage hosts headline performances in the heart of town, while the Muzelle Stage creates a snowy dancefloor at the foot of the slopes. Higher up the mountain, the High Altitude Arena delivers unforgettable après sessions surrounded by dramatic Alpine panoramas.

Les Deux Alpes offers 220 kilometres of pistes, with terrain suitable for first-time skiers, confident riders and experienced mountain explorers. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, visitors can discover paragliding, helicopter rides, mountain biking and a lively programme of additional experiences. Traditional fondue, raclette, warm pastries and local Génépi provide an authentic taste of French Alpine culture between adventures.

Festival packages include admission, seven nights of accommodation, a six-day lift pass and standard ski or snowboard hire. Visitors can choose from centrally located self-catered apartments, social hostels, comfortable hotels and spacious chalets, many within walking distance of the lifts and stages.

Les Deux Alpes can be reached by coach, car or transfers from regional airports and railway stations. Booking onward mountain transport in advance is strongly recommended.
