FIB Benicàssim 2027: Music, Sunshine and Mediterranean Freedom
FIB Benicàssim Festival 2027 returns to Spain’s Costa del Azahar for three nights of live music, warm Mediterranean air and unmistakable festival energy. Set in the coastal town of Benicàssim, the event combines a major international music programme with the relaxed atmosphere of a Spanish summer holiday.
Founded in 1995, the Festival Internacional de Benicàssim has become one of Europe’s most recognisable multi-genre festivals. Its identity has always crossed musical borders, bringing rock, indie, pop, electronic music and Spanish alternative culture together on the same bill. Late-running performances allow visitors to spend their days exploring the town and nearby beaches before heading to the festival grounds as the evening begins.
The official 2027 line-up has yet to be announced, and organisers are inviting fans to help shape the programme through an artist survey. Recent editions have featured acts such as The Prodigy, Pendulum Live, Franz Ferdinand, Biffy Clyro, The Kooks, Kaiser Chiefs, Placebo, Editors, Bloc Party, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Lori Meyers. The next line-up is expected to continue this mix of international headliners, nostalgic favourites, contemporary Spanish artists and emerging talent.
Inside the festival grounds, multiple open-air stages create a varied journey from guitar-driven anthems and singalong pop to alternative discoveries and late-night electronic sets. Large video screens, atmospheric lighting and bold stage production bring each performance to life beneath the Spanish night sky. Food courts, bars, merchandise areas and chill-out spaces provide everything needed between shows, with purchases handled through the festival’s cashless wristband system.
General, VIP and Golden VIP passes are available, with upgraded options providing benefits such as priority lanes, premium food areas, exclusive bars, viewing platforms and front-stage access. Accommodation details for Villacamp and other festival options are expected to be announced separately. Benicàssim also offers hotels, hostels, apartments and campsites, although early booking is strongly recommended.
Festival shuttle services traditionally connect the venue with Benicàssim, its beaches, Castellón, Oropesa and Valencia. The town is also accessible by train and road, with Valencia and Castellón providing convenient arrival points for international travellers.

Accommodation
Camping during the festival requires a Camping Ticket. You will need basic camping gear, like a tent, a camping pad and a head torch (so useful in the night). If you don’t want to bring your own tent, the festival offers various Glambing Options.

BY CAR
BY TRAIN
Benicàssim is easily reached by train from all over Spain and beyond. Benicàssim train station is located close to the festival and is situated on the main line between Valencia and Barcelona. There are also daily AVE high-speed services between Madrid and Castellón.
BY COACH
Each year there are coach connections to the festival from airports in Valencia, Reus, Alicante, Castellón. More to be announced soon.
BY SHUTTEL BUS
FIB bus routes that connect the station with the festival site, campsites and Benicàssim town, will be available.
BY PLANE
The closest airports to the festival are Castellón, Valencia, Reus, Barcelona and Alicante. Additionally you could fly to Madrid or Girona and take regular coach or high–speed train connections from there.
