Liverpool Sound City returns to the city’s Baltic Triangle from 30th April – 2nd May 2021 for another weekend of rock, indie and more inside the area’s creative hub of warehouses and quirky venues.

A city filled with musical history, Liverpool is the birthplace to a long list of famous bands such as The La’s, Cast, The Zutons, and who could forget, The Beatles, making it the perfect place to discover the best artists of the future.

And a heavy emphasis on underground and unsigned talent is exactly what Liverpool Sound City is all about, boasting a proud history of having booked alt-J, Florence and the Machine and The xx before the hype really took ahold.

But Sound City isn’t just about the live music, as the festival also runs a conference programme alongside, inviting an esteemed list of labels, promoters, artists and managers to impart their knowledge and discuss trending issues in the music scene.

Liverpool Sound City 2020 was postponed to 2021, due to the coronavirus outbreak. Tickets remain valid for the 2021 edition. You can read the festival’s full statement here
