Lowlands Festival

Lowlands Festival is a multi-genre alternative music festival in Biddinghuizen. As the heir to the famous 1960’s festival A Flight to Lowlands, the festival mixes the joy of an intimate community festival with the biggest names in the business.
Offering 12 stages, with around 250 artists, you can see everything from up and coming artists to some of the kings and queens of music. Previous lineups of Lowlands Festival have included names such as Billie Eilish, Tame impala, New Order and A$AP Rocky.
You can expect more than just music, as the festival also offers film, comedy, arts, literature and street theatre.
The communal and open atmosphere has people coming back year after year for this fan favourite. Every year, the Lake Veluwe is transformed into a mini city, with an array of food and drink stalls, a market and much more to explore.

BY TRAIN
Lelystad Centrum Station and Dronten Railway Station are both accessible from most European cities but will require at least one transfer along the way. From both stations there is a free shuttle service to the festival site (20 min journey).
BY PLANE
The nearest airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). Upon arrival take a train to Lelystad Centrum Station (45 min journey). From here take the free shuttle service to the festival site (20 min journey).
