Manchester Pride Festival
25 Aug - 28 Aug
Manchester Pride is an annual Pride festival, parade and event held in Manchester city centre over the bank holiday weekend on 25 – 28 August 2023. Featuring the Gay Village Party, the Superbia Weekend, Manchester Pride Parade, Youth Pride MCR , Candlelit Vigil, Family Pride MCR and Human Rights Forum, an unforgettable weekend of protest and celebration awaits.
At the heart of the five-day extravaganza is the Gay Village Party, it’s the ultimate street party and celebration of LGBTQ+ life as the sun shines down on our famous cobbled streets. A firm favourite is the annual Manchester Pride Parade, a proud display throughout the streets of Manchester as the LGBTQ+ community march to the cheers of tens of thousands of supporters.
The Superbia Weekend provides an alcohol-free retreat into a rich hub of arts and culture, while the Candlelit Vigil closes the weekend with a poignant moment to reflect and remember together.
