Reworks Festival 2026: Thessaloniki’s Electronic Music Odyssey

Reworks Festival 2026 returns to Thessaloniki for its 22nd edition, bringing five days and nights of forward-thinking electronic music, audiovisual creativity and urban culture to Greece’s most energetic northern city. Rather than occupying a single festival field, Reworks unfolds across distinctive venues, allowing visitors to experience Thessaloniki through open-air performances, intimate club sessions and unforgettable rooftop moments.

Founded in 2005, Reworks has developed into one of Greece’s most important electronic music festivals and one of Europe’s longest-running cultural platforms dedicated to contemporary sound. Its adventurous programming connects internationally recognised artists with emerging Greek talent, reflecting the evolution of club culture while remaining firmly focused on new ideas and future-facing music.

The announced 2026 line-up brings together an outstanding selection of electronic artists. Paul Kalkbrenner, Adriatique, Argy, Dixon, Ben Klock, DVS1, Anetha, Indira Paganotto, Jayda G, Kittin, Maceo Plex, Modeselektor, Moritz von Oswald, Sama’ Abdulhadi and The Blessed Madonna are among the names shaping this edition. From hypnotic techno and melodic house to experimental electronics and powerful live performances, the programme offers a carefully curated journey through the many dimensions of modern club music.

LABattoir provides the festival’s atmospheric open-air home, with its Atrium and Air stages creating contrasting spaces for daytime grooves and evening intensity. As darkness settles over the city, Block33 carries the momentum into a rawer warehouse environment, while the closing celebration at The Met Hotel rooftop offers panoramic views and a more intimate final chapter.

Reworks also explores the meeting point between technology, art and imagination. The Talk, an audiovisual performance by Heith, Andrea Belosi and Günseli Yalcinkaya, brings an innovative combination of music, artificial intelligence and visual storytelling to Greece. The wider Reworks Agora programme further expands the festival’s cultural vision by connecting electronic music with contemporary ideas and creative exchange.

As an urban festival, Reworks has no traditional campsite. Visitors can stay in Thessaloniki’s extensive range of hotels, apartments and hostels, while the city’s tavernas, cafés, markets and waterfront bars provide plenty to explore between performances.

Reworks Festival 2026 promises an inspiring celebration of sound and city life, transforming Thessaloniki into a vibrant meeting place for artists, dancers and electronic music devotees from around the world.
