VooV Experience Festival 2027: Return to the Mother of Goa Festivals
VooV Experience Festival returns to Putlitz, Germany, for another spectacular voyage through psychedelic music, visionary art and global community. Set in the Brandenburg countryside between Berlin and Hamburg, this legendary gathering transforms its natural surroundings into a luminous world where pounding rhythms, kaleidoscopic colours and thousands of free spirits unite beneath the summer sky.
Born in 1991, VooV proudly describes itself as the “mother of all Goa festivals”. More than three decades later, it remains a cornerstone of international psytrance culture, combining the warmth of an old-school tribal gathering with ambitious contemporary production. At its centre stands the iconic Main Stage: an otherworldly arena of psychedelic décor, projection mapping, lasers and crystal-clear sound designed to immerse dancers completely.
The VooV Experience Festival 2027 line-up has not yet been announced**, but visitors can expect a broad journey through progressive psytrance, full-on, Goa and deeper psychedelic sounds. The 2026 programme featured more than 50 international artists, including Ajja, Avalon, Burn in Noise, Electric Universe, GMS, Koxbox, Phaxe, Talamasca, Tristan and Tsuyoshi Suzuki. Alternative and chill-out areas provide space for techno, downtempo sounds and gentler moments away from the intensity of the main dancefloor.
Beyond the music, VooV creates a richly detailed psychedelic playground filled with UV art, large-scale installations, live performers, workshops and Market Street’s colourful collection of festival fashion, handmade crafts, holistic products, international food and refreshing drinks.
Camping is included with a full-weekend ticket, with tents, cars, vans and caravans permitted on the campsite. Showers, toilets and drinking water are also included. Limited early-bird tickets currently cost €165, including a €5 refundable waste deposit.
Travellers can drive via the A24 towards Putlitz or take the train to Karstädt and continue by local shuttle. Services from Berlin, Hamburg and other German cities have also been offered through Sunny-Trips, although 2027 arrangements should be confirmed before travelling.
With its pioneering heritage, inclusive spirit and devotion to psychedelic creativity, VooV Experience Festival 2027 promises four unforgettable days of music, movement and connection.
