Lollapalooza Berlin 2027: Global Music and Culture in Germany’s Capital
Lollapalooza Berlin returns to the spectacular Olympiastadion and Olympiapark, transforming one of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks into a colourful world of music, art and shared adventure. Combining international superstars with emerging talent, the festival delivers an exhilarating soundtrack spanning pop, rock, indie, hip-hop and electronic music.
Since arriving in Germany in 2015, Lollapalooza Berlin has developed into one of Europe’s leading city festivals. Its grand stadium stages, sprawling parkland and unmistakably Berlin atmosphere create an experience that feels both monumental and playful. Performances unfold across multiple areas, allowing visitors to move from spectacular headline productions to intimate discoveries and energetic dance sets.
The official 2027 line-up has yet to be revealed. The previous edition featured Pitbull, Lewis Capaldi, Lorde, Ayliva, Teddy Swims, Lily Allen, Zara Larsson, Tom Odell, Anitta and Zartmann, alongside electronic favourites including ARTBAT, Boys Noize, Funk Tribu, Korolova, ANNA and Victor Ruiz. This wide-ranging programme reflects Lollapalooza Berlin’s commitment to bringing global stars, influential performers and exciting new voices together in one place.
Away from the main stages, the festival becomes a creative playground filled with interactive experiences. Fashionpalooza celebrates contemporary style and emerging design, while Der Grüne Kiez explores environmental responsibility through engaging activities and community projects. Kidzapalooza welcomes younger visitors with child-friendly performances, workshops and dedicated entertainment, reinforcing the festival’s inclusive, all-ages character.
Food stalls serve an international mix of street food, vegetarian dishes and sweet treats, with bars and relaxation areas positioned throughout the grounds. Visitors can also refill suitable bottles at free drinking-water points, helping them stay refreshed while exploring the extensive site.
As a city festival, Lollapalooza Berlin does not provide camping. Berlin offers accommodation ranging from affordable hostels and apartments to boutique and luxury hotels. The organisers encourage visitors to travel by public transport or bicycle, with nearby rail and underground stations providing convenient access to the Olympic grounds.
With its ambitious production, diverse programming and creative Berlin spirit, Lollapalooza Berlin 2027 promises another unforgettable celebration where international music, urban culture and festival freedom collide.
