Awakenings New Years 2024: Techno Heaven in Amsterdam

The Awakenings New Year’s Festival 2024 promises to be a thrilling, multi-day celebration of techno, taking place from 28th December to 31st December at Amsterdam’s iconic Gashouder. Known for its unique steel dome and powerful acoustics, Gashouder will provide an exceptional venue for the festival’s legendary sound and immersive light shows. Awakenings offers four sessions over four days, creating a dynamic line-up to satisfy techno enthusiasts eager to end the year on a high.

The festival opens on 28th December with two sessions: a daytime event featuring big names like Joris Voorn and Pan-Pot, blending driving beats and house influences, followed by an intense nighttime session with Anfisa Letyago and Mind Against, taking attendees into the early hours. On 29th December, the day session will continue to elevate the festival with performances from techno icons Ben Klock and Nina Kraviz, setting a powerful tone for the weekend’s celebrations.

The grand highlight will be the New Year’s Eve celebration on 31st December, beginning at 21:00 and extending into the early hours of New Year’s Day. This main event will bring together stars like Richie Hawtin, Anetha, and FJAAK, delivering the ultimate techno experience to welcome 2025 with high energy and immersive beats.
